BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA;
Section 1. Section 72. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place
a new establishment under COP Classification as follows:
COP - Liquor--Consumption on Premises,
Package Sales.
Zapp's Bar & Grill, 2599 Gulf to Bay Boulevard,
being a portion of M&B 41. 01, in Section 18,
Township 29 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
