NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place
a new establishment under 2COP Classification as follows:
2COP - Beer and Wine--Consumption on Premises
Ro&,Ro's, 1425 Sunset Point Road,
being a portion of M&B 32.06 in Section 2,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas
County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance
has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in
accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 33. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
