This improvement is currently programmed in the Pinellas County NIPO Transportation Im- provement Program (construction to start in FY 1985-86). 4. Construct access points to Park Place on Hampton Road as needed. Exclusive turn lanes and a traffic signal(s) rnay.be needed. The plan of TSM measures as approved by the City shall be instituted during Phase II 'of the Project and implemented for the duration of the life of the Project, according to the following: 1.
