AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA. ph. .,: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE EIFMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE .a. + ' THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY ~ 9 WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR Z REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant ' .3 ?. .d x S r to the LGCPA; and t? v ??ly WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council ('PCPC) has been Awl JI .i designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and ` WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY ; COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA; .? Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Prop6rtX (L. U. P. 83.32)Lot 13, Block 3, Revised Plat of Brookwood Terrace, according to Plat Book 8, page 34, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Land Use Category From:. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted - 1 - Ord. 3256-83 10-20-83 i Y ? pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the L'PA for their receipt and appropriate action. Section 3., All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section. 4. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 5. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
