RESOLUTION TO APPOINT ALLAN POWER AS AGENT FOR SPCA

WHEREAS, the Clearwater Chapterfof the Society for the
Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a society duly incorporated
and organized under the laws of the State of Florida for the
prevention of cruelty to animals within the meaning of Section
828.03 of the Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 18, 1967, Phillip
Gulliver was duly appointed as an agent of the Clearwater Chapter
of the SPCA for purposes of investigating violations of Chapter
828 of the Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Clearwater Chapter of
the SPCA to appoint ALLAN POWER as a further agent pursuant to
Florida Statute, Chapter 828, and
WHEREAS, the Clearwater Chapter of the SPCA operates
not only in the city limits of the City of Clearwater, but also
throughout Pinellas County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Clearwater Chapter
of the SPCA that this Society does hereby appoint and designate
ALLAN POWER as its agent for purposes of investigating violations
of any of the provisions of Florida Statute, Chapter 828, and any
other law of the state which relates to the cruelty to animals,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Honorable Harry W.
Fogle, Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Pinellas County,
Florida, be and is hereby requested to approve and render
effective the appointment hereby made in accordance with the
provlSlons of Section 828.03 of the Florida Statuteso
