HY RECLASSIFYil\G AN.D ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
AS DE5CRIBED HEREIN; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CQNFLICT
HEREWxTH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS

WHEREAS, on January 14� 1982, the t;ity Cammisaion of the City
of Clearwater, a£ter proper puhliC notzce, held a publ,ic hearing on certain
px�aposed changes in the zoning atlas of the City of Cleai•:vatex �n accordance
with proeedure as establi�shed; and
WHEREAS, cextain of the propoaed changea and amendments to the
zoning atlas we�re appxoved by the City Comrni.ssian af�er its evaluation of
all evidence presented at the said public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act
(LGCPAj requires that all development regulations and arnendments thereto
related to an ac�ogied compreheneive plan or elemenr thereof be rcviewed
by �he Local Planning Agency (LPA) #or conforraance with plans ac3opted
purauant to the LGCPA; �nd
WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Plannir�g Caunci! {PCPC) has been
designated the Loca1 Planning Agency ,�or Pinellas County and the PCPC
has adopted guidelinea with refez�ence to �ach rec�uired referral procese, and
WHEREAS, this Ordinance hae been referred to and considered by
the PCPC under sai,d procesa; and •
WHEREAS, Sectinn i31, 104 (d} (2) of thc Zoriing Ordinance sets
forth those uae�s allowed in the Recreationai Planned Develo�ment Diatri,ct�
including club houaes; and
