AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND 4 USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO ??: CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN '? REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER;,•`; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ?. ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to on P: , adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been E designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted ' guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and a WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION' OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER FLORIDA: Section 1. -Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable pro- visions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (L.U.P. 81-51) The westerly 368 feet of the following described parcel of land: The South Yz of the N Yx of the SW Ya of the NW V4 of the NW %, of Section 16, Township 29 South, Range 16 East. Also a strip of land described as: Beginning at the NE corner of the above described parcel of land and running thence West along the North boundary of said parcel 368 feet to the NW corner of said parcel; thence North 4 feet; thence East parallel to the North boundary of said parcel 368 feet; thence South 4 feet to the point of beginning. Less and except the following described parcel of land: Beginning at the SE corner of the parcel of land first hereon described and running thence West 4,96 feet; thence North 25 feet; thence East 4.96 feet; thence South 25 feet to the point of beginning.
