AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1981, AS AMENDED,
BY RECLASSIFYING AND ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY

HEREWITH TO THE EXTENT OF SUCH CONFLICT; PRO-
VIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS
HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PRO-
POSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE
DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, on September 3, 1981, the City Commission of the City
of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain : ,r:; ;.:'.:.;:.•,

with procedure as established; and
WHEREAS, certain of the proposed changes and amendments to the "',,;^;',•+;',"
zoning atlas were approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of

WHEREAS, the Local Government Comp.-ehensive Planning Act

or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 77
of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
AND
Lots 30 through 33, inclusive, Drew Park Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 3, page 40 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida.
Such rezoned property shall be subject to compliance with
the parking requirements in the new zoning district.
Section Z. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the
nieasures contained in this ordinance are consistent and in conformance
with the City's Comprehensive Plan and individual elements thereof adopted
pursuant to the LGCPA and directs that same be forwarded to the LPA for
their reneipt and appropriate action.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any part or provision of this ordinance be declared
by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the same shall not affect
the validity of the ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof other than the
part declared to be invalid.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 6. The Planning Director is directed to include and set out
and show upon the official zoning atlas of the City of Clearwater the foregoing
amendments as hereinabove set out.
Section 7. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect
imrnediately upon its passage.
