F'.=`, ?_, .... .... _•"i :?r.t ,.. ??.ria.o`h.•]S5f..3 F. ....-e.?::a`?c_S.r?f??9#i''.T.?r.\._!:?.?.?d:`-,°.??..=.'?a'i l??.,...t+..?i?. .,.}, ORDINANCE NO. 2478-81 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; and WHEREAS, this Ordinance has been referred to and considered by the PCPC under said process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property (L. U. P. 81-30) From the SW corner of Lot 13, Block 10, Virginia Groves Estates First Addition, as recorded in Plat Book 47, pages 41-43, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; run thence S 01 °05' 38" W, a distance of 285. 00 feet for the P. O. B.; thence continue S 01 °05138" W, a distance of 806.21 feet to a point 60. 00 feet from, and measured at right angles to the northerly right-of-way line of the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad; thence S 81 °07' 33" E, parallel to the northerly right-of-way line of said Railroad, a distance of 160. 25 feet; thence N 01 '12 42" E, a distance of 481. 39 feet; thence N 89°54'38" E, a distance of 260.47 feet to the westerly boundary of Wood Valley Unit No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 68, page 45, Public Records Land Use Category From: Low Density Residential To: Recreation/Open Space :_ ;•4 ,a77 r•'adf i4l Ord #2478-81 -1- 11/19/81 of Pinellas County, Florida; thence N 01 ° 11'31" E, along the Westerly boundary of said Woodvalley Unit No. 2 Subdivision 342.00 feet; thence N 89°01'Z5'+ W, a distance of 420. 78 feet to the P.
