AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER
11C CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING
LOTS 1 THRU 23, BLOCK 2, BAYVIEW TERRACE,
PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place
a new establishment under 11C Classification as follows:
(9) 11 C - Private Club
The Italian American Club of Greater Clearwater, Inc.
200 McMullen-Booth Road, consisting of the following
described property:
Lots 1 through 9, inclusive; Lots 10 through 14, LESS
the East 17. 0 feet thereof; Lots 15 through 23, inclusive,
Block 2, Bayview Terrace, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 63 of the Public Records
of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of.this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
