2386-81 ORDINANCE NO. 2386-81 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF, CLEARWATER, BY PLACING ANEW ESTABLISHMENT UNDER 4COPSRX CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRO- . VIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 72.05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place a new establishment under 4COPSRX Classification as follows: (8) 4COPSRX - Consumption on Premises - Special Restaurant Christopher's Restaurant, Inc., 2506 Countryside Boulevard, in Section 30, Township 28 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida. Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
