AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 72.05 OF' CHAPTER 72, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF
CLEARWATER, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT
UNDER 2 COP CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT
BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRO.
VIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 72. 05 of Chapter 72, Alcoholic Beverages, of
the Code' of Ordinances, City of Clearwater, is hereby amended to place
a new establishment under 2 COP Classification as follows:
(3) 2'-COP - Beer and wine, consumption on:
20. Lenny's Restaurant, 10 U. S. 19 North
Consisting of the following described, property:
M&L 1-6A, in Section 18, Township 29 South,
Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166. 041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
its passage.
