" ?4 i3' •! i ORDINANCE NO. 2331-.BI (LGCPA) requires that all development regulations and amendments thereto related to an adopted comprehensive plan or element thereof be reviewed by the Local Planning Agency (LPA) for conformance with plans adopted pursuant to the LGCPA; and AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2019, RELATING TO LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, TO CHANGE THE,LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEARWATER; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PRO- VIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act WHEREAS, the Pinellas County Planning Council (PCPC) has been designated the Local Planning Agency for Pinellas County and the PCPC has adopted guidelines with reference to such required referral process; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning Act, 1975, as amended, and pursuant to all applicable provisions of law, Section I of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by placing the hereinafter described property in the land use category as follows: Property 0 Land Use Cate or (L. U. P. 80-70) Lots 2, 3 and 4, From: Medium Density Residential Block 5, A. C. Turner's Second Addition to Clearwater, as recorded in Plat Book To: Residential/ Office 1, page 37 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part. Section 2.
