AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, BY PLACING A NEW ESTABLISHMENT
UNDER ZAPS CLASSIFICATION, SAID ESTABLISHMENT
BEING LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 8, E. H. COACHMAN
SUBDIVISION, IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH,
RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRO-
VIDING rOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 4-18 of Article I of Chapter 4 of the Code of.
Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is herbby amended
to place a new establishment under ZAPS Classification as follows:
For classification ZAPS - Beer and Wine Package Sales Only
Seven Oaks Shell, 706 Drew Street
Consisting of the following described property:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 8, E. H. Coachman Subdivision,
according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 56 of the Public Records of Pinellas
County, Florida, in Section 9-29-15.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
