2293-81. c 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 2293-81 ;i AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING APPENDIX A, ZONING OF THE CODE OF ,.ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, 1962, TO ENACT A NEW DEFINITION FOR BUILDING COVERAGE AND FOR IMPERMEABLE LOT COVERAGE; TO ESTABLISH MAXIMUM BUILDING COVERAGE AND IMPERMEABLE LOT COVERAGE REGULATIONS FOR RS-200, RS-100, RS-75, RS-60, RS-50, RM-8, RM-12, RM-16, RM-20, RM-24, RM-28, CTF-24, CTF-28, RPD, CPD, MPD, RMH, PS, CSC, CP, CG, CS, ML, P, AND ISP DISTRICTS; TO CLARIFY SETBACK REGU- LATIONS AS TO STRUCTURAL OVERHANG FOR ALL DISTRICTS; PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARABILITY OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;. AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, on December 11, 1980, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater, after proper public notice, held a public hearing on certain r- proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Clearwater in accordance with procedure as established; and WHEREAS, the City Commission has fully considered the recom- mendations and report of the Planning and Zoning Board relative to the certain proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance; and WHEREAS, certain of the proposed cha iges -and amendments to the Zoning Ordinance were approved by the City Commission at its evaluation of all evidence presented at the said public hearing; NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes. Section 29. The provisions of this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
