AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE 1 OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES, TO ENACT NEW SUBPARAGRAPH (13)
AND NEW ZONE 45 WHERE CLASSIFICATION 4-26 (d),
AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD, SAID
ZONE CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF SECTION 15,
TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE
OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR
THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter 4 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is hereby amended
to enact new subparagraph (13) and new Zone 45 to read as follows:
(13) 11C For classification Section 4-26 (d):
ZONE 45. Section 15-29-15
Ordinance No. 2222. A/K/A 1345 Court St.
Consisting of the following described property:
From the NE corner of the SE 1/4 of Section 15,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East, go South 50 feet;
thence West 30 feet to the NE corner of Glen Oaks Golf
Course property; thence continue West 685 feet; thence
South 10 feet to the P. O. B.; thence continue South 40 feet;
thence West 40 feet; thence North 40 feet; thence East
40 feet to the P. O. B.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
