ORDINANCE NO. 2219
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 4-18 OF ARTICLE I OF CHAPTER 4,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEAR-
WATER, FLORIDA, 1962, RELATING TO ALOCHOLIC
BEVERAGES, BY AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH (9) TO
ENACT NEW ZONE 191 WHERE CLASSIFICATION SECTION
4-26 (c), AS DESCRIBED IN THIS CHAPTER, CAN BE SOLD,
SAID ZONE CONSISTING OF LOT 161, FORREST HILL
ESTATES, UNIT 4, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PRO-
VIDING FOR PROPER NOTICE OF PROPOSED ENACTMENT;
AND PROVIDING FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Subparagraph (9) of Section 4-18 of Article 1 of Chapter
4 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Clearwater, Florida, 1962, is
hereby amended to enact new Zone 191 to read as follows:

ZONE 191. Section 23-29-15
Ordinance No. 2219. A/K/A 1270 & 1270A S. Highland Ave.
Consisting of the following described property:
Lot 161, Forrest Hill Estates, Unit 4, according to the
map.or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 57, page
3 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. Notice of the proposed enactment of this ordinance has
been properly advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance
with Section 166.041, Florida Statutes.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage.
