AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING A 15-FOOT NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LYING ALONG THE
WEST 15 FEET OF LOTS A AND B, BERGEN'S REPLAT, PINELLAS
COUNTY, FLORIDA, SUBJECT TO A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT WHICH IS RETAINED OVER THE FULL WIDTH THEREOF;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by The Salvation Army, owner of certain real ?.-

The 15-foot North-South alley lying along the West 15 feet of Lots A and B, Bergens Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 41, of the public records of Pinellas ;? .
County, Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims and
releases all of its right, title and interest thereto, except that the City of

property for the installation and maintenance of any and all public utilities
