AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SUNSET POINT
ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 350 FEET WEST OF HERCULES AVENUE,
CONSISTING OF PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, PINELLAS GROVES
SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON
ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL (CN) DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,

WHEREAS, the assignment of a zoning district classification as set forth
in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in

compliance with Florida law; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
"=Y Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:

Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's comprehensive plan.
Section 3. The Planning and Development Director is directed to revise the
zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 507590.

Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 -,South, Range 15 East,
according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3,
Page 15, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the
