AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
"i AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF SUNSET POINT ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 350 FEET
WEST OF HERCULES AVENUE, CONSISTING OF PART OF LOTS 1
AND 2, PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO
COMMERCIAL/TOURIST FACILITIES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

011 Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
