F ORDINANCE NO. 5068-91
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND PLAN USE ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF LAKEVIEW ROAD BETWEEN THE SEABOARD
COASTLINE RAILROAD AND SOUTH MYRTLE AVENUE INTERSECTION,
CONSISTING OF LOTS 17 THROUGH 27, BLOCK 2, LAKE
BELLEVIEW ADDITION, FROM COMMERCIAL/TOURIST FACILITIES
TO INDUSTRIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future laud use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be

reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
„ CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:
Property Land Use Category
F' Lots 17 through 27,Block 2, Lake From: Commercial/Tourist Facilities
Belleview Addition, according to the
` map or plat thereof, as recorded in To: Industrial
Plat Book 9, Page 141, of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is
consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners,
