PASSED ON FIRST READING
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF RANGE ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET WEST
OF BELCHER ROAD, CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF. LOTS 14 AND
15, PINELLAS GROVES, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO INDUSTRIAL;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the amendment to the future land use plan element of the
comprehensive plan of the City as set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in compliance with Florida law; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the comprehensive plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas Groves, as recorded in
Plat Book 3, Page 15, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida, being more particularly described as follows;
Commence at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12,
Township 29 South, Range 15 East; thence S 89°10'52" E along the
South line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 12,
a distance of 648.52 feet to a point; thence N 00°14'52" E, 40.00
feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, same being a point in the North
right-of-way line of Range Road, which point is the Southeast corner
of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Normand A. Brunet and
Edna C. Brunet, recorded in Official Records Book 5175, Page 590,
of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence continue
N 00°14'52" E along the East line of said Brunet parcel'of land, a
distance of 414.72 feet to a point on the southerly line of a 100-
feet-wide S. A. L. Railroad right-of-way, same being the
northeasterly corner of said Brunet parcel of land; thence S
72°44'27" E along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of
268.76 feet to a point; thence S 00°14'52" W, a distance of 151.38
feet to a point; thence N 89°10'52" W, a distance of 157.01 feet to
