',. x'.1T.Yt.3 f••. 3. h?i:f\: 1 ORDINANCE.N0-.5010- O AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF DORA DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH OF SHARKEY ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 20, ROLLING HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-6) DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
