WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive ` Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; now, therefore, ;'•,';, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1.
