AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE ,•P; [•...,'.:<.
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF BEVERLY CIRCLE
NORTH AND KEENE ROAD SOUTH, CONSISTING OF LOT 17, BLOCK
C, MEADOW CREEK SUBDIVISION, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

4 Lot 17, Block C, Meadow Creek From: Unclassified
Subdivision, according to the map
or plat thereof as recorded in Plat To: Low Density Residential
Book 36, Page 26, of the public
records of Pinellas County,
Florida, together with the abutting
right-of-way of Beverly Circle
North. RUP 90-11)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4999-90.
