AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
WEST SIDE OF NORWOOD AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 575 FEET
SOUTH OF JEFFORDS STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 8, OAK ACRES
ADDITION UNIT 1, FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and

WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

Lot 8, Block F, Oak Acres Addition From: Unclassified
Unit 1, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, To: Low Density Residential
Page 31, of the public records of
Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 90-9)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4992-90.
