AN ORDINANCE .',F THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN CLEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF CLEVELAND STREET, APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET
EAST OF NORTH GARDEN AVENUE, FROM DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT TO RECREATION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Downtown Development District
(LUP 90-3)
To: Recreation
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners.

Commence at the Northeast corner of said Section 16; thence S
86°5B'40" W along the North line of said Section 16 for 614.19 feet;
thence S 03006140" W along the Easterly line of said former railroad
right-of-way line for 692.31 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
