Section 1 of Ordinance 203.9 is amended by changing the land a use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: ' Property Land Use Category See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: None (LUP 89-19) To: Low Density Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is'consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4936-90.
