WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Zoning District . `r Lot 4, Block 2, Bay View City RS-8 - Single-Family Residential Subdivision, according to the map r :,tk or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 43, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with abutting alley on south. (A 89-23) f 11t, q Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. IN _S Section 3.
