DINANCE NO. 4928-90
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTHEAST SIDE OF
NORTHEAST COACHMAN ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 1,000 FEET
NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION WITH DREW STREET,
CONSISTING OF A PORTION OF LOT 3, MOSELL ACRES
SUBDIVISION, FROM NONE TO RESIDENTIAL/OFFICE; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2019 is amended by changing the land
use category for the hereinafter described property as follows:
Property Land Use Category
See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: None

To: Residential/Office
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4930-90.

Part of Lot 3, Mosell Acres, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 24, Page 70, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida,
described as follows:
Begin at the northeasterly corner of said Lot 3 and run southwesterly along the
northerly boundary of said Lot 3, 100 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING; from the
point of beginning continue southwesterly along the northerly boundary of said
Lot 3, 100 feet to-the boundary line between said Lot 3 and Lot 2; thence run
southeasterly along the boundary between said Lots 3 and 2, 175 feet; thence
run northeasterly along the southerly line of Lot 3, 100 feet; thence run
