I 0 0 ORDINANCE NO. 4923_-90 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF McMULLEN-BOOTH ROAD AND MEASE DRIVE, CONSISTING OF TRACT A, LANDMARK PALMS SUBDIVISION,b PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensives Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in , connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore, sA.
