'S{?„! ?r?t ;?}.Y ,,,.fi?tt ? n#= ?v.•r7_,.ncd tc•?". ?..:-• i_., '+?._.?}s. .?aN?cir DINANCE NO. 492 AN ORDINANCE Of THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPkEHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CAROLINA AVENUE AND BAYVIEW AVENUE, CONSISTING OF LOT 12, BLOCK 5, BAYVIEW CITY SUBDIVISION, FROM NONE TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in. connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: None (LUP 89-17) To: Low Density Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this.ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3.
