ORDINANCE NO, 4918-20
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF THE INTERSECTION OF SUNNY PARK DRIVE AND CITRUS
STREET, CONSISTING OF LOT 18 AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT
17, BLOCK C, SUNNY PARK GROVES, FROM NONE TO LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 2019 is amended by changing the land
use category for the hereinafter described property as follows:
Property Land Use Category
Lot 18 and the West 50 feet of Lot 17, From: None
Block C, Sunny Park Groves, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded To: Low Density Residential
in Plat Book 36, Page 2, of the public
records•of Pinellas County, Florida, and
abutting 1/2 right-of-way of Sunny Park
Road. (LUP 89-15)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4902-89.
