ORDINANCE O. 4917-90
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN ELEMENT OF THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
EASTERN TERMINUS OF SEVILLE BOULEVARD, PINELLAS COUNTY,
FLORIDA, FROM NONE TO MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
(CONDITIONED), SUBJECT TO SUCH LIMITATIONS AS MAY BE
PROVIDED BY THE COUNTYWIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF
PINELLAS COUNTY; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicaLle requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of
the City of Clearwater is amended by changing the land use category for the
hereinafter described property as follows:

(Conditioned)
Section 2. Nothing herein shall be construed as authorizing the
development of the property at a density or intensity of use greater than ten
(10) units per gross acre, as allowed by the countywide comprehensive plan of
Pinellas County, Florida. This section shall not be deemed severable from the
remainder of this ordinance.
Section 3. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
