AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
INTERSECTION OF SUNNY PARK DRIVE AND CITRUS STREET,
CONSISTING OF LOT 18 AND THE WEST 50 FEET OF LOT 170
BLOCK C, SUNNY PARK GROVES, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS'-8);
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County,
Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of
Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as-follows:
Property Zoning District
Lot 18 and the West SO feet of Lot 17, RS-8 - Single-Family Residential
Block C, Sunny Park Groves, according
to the map or plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 36, Page 2, of the public
records of Pinellas County, Florida, and
abuttin 112 ri ht-of-way of Sunny Park
Road. A-89-19}g
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas
of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 490289.
