Caa[rik?.,aeP?'j C?.z ??4}•1 Wvnm ,??y'(T`?• r r iA crT? ?a C IMMU ° .i5iL7.i 4Si?..5 a i a s ORDINANCE NO. 4876-89 :y AN•'ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH MYRTLE AVENUE AND MARSHALL STREET, CONSISTING OF LOTS 5, b AND 7, BLOCK B, NORWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RM-8) TO LIMITED OFFICE (OL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block B, Norwood Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 79, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (Z-89-12) PASSED ON SECOND AND FINAL READING AND ADOPTED Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
