WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land use category for the hereinafter described property as follows: Property Land Use Category Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block B, Norwood From: Low Density Residential Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book To: Residential/Office 5, Page 79, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (LUP 89-10) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section a.
