AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE 4752-88, RELATING TO THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF A TEN-FOOT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
IN LOT 3, SUNTREE ESTATES SUBDIVISION, TO CORRECT A
SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance 4752-+88, adopted on February 16, 1989, contains an
erroneous reference to the public records of Pinellas County which does not
affect the validity of the ordinance but which should be corrected; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 4752-88 is amended as follows:

The North 6 feet of an existing 10-foot drainage and
utility easement along the south side of Lot 3, Suntree
Estates, as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 99 44, of the
public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
be and the same is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City
„of Clearwater hereby quitclaims and releases all of its right, title
and interest thereto to the persons, firms or corporations entitled
thereto by law.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
