F T ?:?{'i'r,1"ai.:?.S a" •.v't:: r, ;tt"rst ?3.?.J.r?nx 1 .. 4 F ORDI A CE 0. 4851-8 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF' CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF PALMETTO STREET, APPROXIMATELY 250 FEET EAST OF KAPP DRIVE, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, AS LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (IL); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection wii.h the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and l WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: s t r e i i 1 f k 1 r t i Section 1. The following described property located in Pinellas County, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property The West 112 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4, less the East 150.0 feet of the South 290.4 feet thereof, of Section 12, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, less the road right-of-way. (A 89-14) Zoning District IL - Limited Industrial Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. i •{ ? ? Section 4.
