AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
VACATING A 7-FOOT DRAINAGE EASEMENT ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
PORTION.. OF LOT 7, BIDWELL'S OAKWOOD ADDITION
SUBDIVISION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the City of Clearwater that a drainage
easement lying within certain real property located in the City of Clearwater
be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission finds that said easement is not necessary nor
required for municipal use and it is deemed to be to the best interest and
advantage of the City and the general public that the same be vacated; now,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following:
The southern 7 feet of Lot 7, Bidwell's Oakwood Addition
Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 1, Page 46, of the public records of Pinellas County,
Florida,
is hereby vacated, closed and released, and the City of Clearwater quitclaims
and releases all of its right, title and interest thereto.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to record this ordinance in
the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
