AN ORDINANCE OF' THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE LANDIUSE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
OF THE CITY, TO CHANGE THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
CALUMET STREET, APPROXIMATELY 700 FEET WEST OF BELCHER
ROAD, CONSISTING OF LOT 17 LESS THE WEST 300 FEET,
CLEARWATER INDUSTRIAL PARK, FROM PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC TO
INDUSTRIAL; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act (the Act) have been complied with
in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2019 is amended by changing the land
use category for the hereinafter described property as follows:

See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: Public/Semi-Public
(LUP 89-8)
To: Industrial
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. This ordinance shall tape effect immediately upon adoption,
subject to the approval of the land use designation by the Pinellas County Board
of County Commissioners.
