WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper, and appropriate, and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT,ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Lots 8 through 19, and the East 1/2 of Lots 7 and 20, Block 44, Chautauqua Subdivision Unit 1, Section A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 52, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. (A 89-13) Zonin District RS-2 - Single Family Residential Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4842-89.
