AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS..OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF SOUTH FORT
HARRISON AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 500 FEET SOUTH OF
WOODLAWN STREET, AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN,
FROM RESORT COMMERCIAL "TWENTY-FOUR" (CR-24) TO
NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL (CN); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.

WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows:
