AN 'ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA,
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY ZONING CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BRENTWOOD
DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET EAST OF KEENE ROAD,
CONSISTING OF LOT 9, LAKE LELA MANOR, AS DESCRIBED MORE
PARTICULARLY HEREIN, UPON ANNEXATION INTO THE CITY OF
CLEARWATER, AS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-6),
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive
Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied wit'., in
connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be
reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is
hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the
zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly:
Property Zoning District
Lot 9, Lake Lela Manor, according to RS-6 - Single-Family Residential
the map or lat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 35, Page 12, of the
public records of Pinellas County,
Florida. (A 89-11)
Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance
is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan.
Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas
of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption,
contingent upon and subject to the adoption of Ordinance No. 4834-89.
