WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended, as follows: Property Lots 9 through 16, Block 1, Lincoln Place Subdivision, according to the map or pplat thereof as recorded in P]at Book 3, Page 27, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
