WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing for the determination and establishment of a zoning classification for the property described herein, which was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive Planning and Land Development Regulation Act have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE :T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Prey Zoning District Lots 1, 2, 9 and 10, Block E, RM-12 - Multiple Family Residential Brooklawn Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 59, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the abutting right-of-way of Evergreen Avenue (formerly Gardenia Avenue) and together with the abutting South 1/2 of the right-of-way of Union' Street. (A 89-8) Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City in accordance with the foregoing amendment, ti3 I i a 0 eta .
