Lot 5, Block A, Clearwater Highlands, Unit A, according to the map or plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 95, of the public records of?

Section 2. The City of Clearwater does hereby certify that the measuresF
contained in this ordinance are consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan -.S
and individual elements thereof. Section 3. The City Commission hereby accepts the dedication of all Sri
