AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, s
AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED EAST AND WEST OF BAMBOO
LANE, APPROXIMATELY 330 FEET SOUTH OF GULF TO BAY
BOULEVARD (STATE ROAD 60), PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA,
AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (RS-8) TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL ?i
(CG); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ;
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing '
