NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION x ,
OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby
zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas ,
of the City is amended accordingly:

Unit B, according to the map or plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book
