The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby zoned as indicated upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, and the zoning atlas , of the City is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District Lot 6, Block A, Clearwater Highlands Its-8 - Single Family Residential Unit B, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 29, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
