'..:...M.».,,,>...:.:" - 'S.?..,J.i.::.l'''.I.''..'•Te-.v+?MraMf,Y?ffi?!*w ORDINANCE NO. 4766-88 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATERE FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY BY REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BELLEAIR ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 525 FEET WEST OF SOUTH MISSOURI AVENUE PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AS DESCRIBED MORE PARTICULARLY HEREIN, FROM MULTIPLE - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL "TWELVE" DISTRICT (RM-12) TO COMMERCIAL CENTER (CC); PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. i; WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Clearwater held a public hearing on a proposed change to the zoning atlas of the City affecting the property described herein, which was tentatively approved by the City Commission after its evaluation of t. all evidence presented at the public hearing; and WHEREAS, all applicable requirements of the Local Government Comprehensive ' Planning and Land Development Regulation Act relating to amendments to the development regulations of the City have been complied with in connection with the amendment set forth in this ordinance; and WHEREAS, the amendment set forth in this ordinance is found to be reasonable, proper and appropriate, and in the public Interest; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following described property in Clearwater, Florida, is hereby rezoned as indicated, and the zoning atlas of the City is amended accordingly: Property Zoning District See Exhibit A attached hereto. From: RM-12 - Multiple-Family Residential (Z 88-28) To: CC - Commercial Center Section 2. The City Commission does hereby certify that this ordinance is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. Section 3. The Planning Director is directed to revise the zoning atlas of the City In accordance with the foregoing amendment. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption, subject to the approval of the land use dsignation as set forth in Ordinance 4765-88 by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.
